One Into the Next

My solo show at Christopher’s in Cambridge goes up in 11 days. It will be my Massachusetts debut, and if you are in the area, please stop by to see a good representation of my most recent work.

The show will be up for 6 weeks, and while you don’t have to eat at the restaurant to view it, the food just happens to be some of the best in the area.

Canvas 13 is just about finished and needs a little bit of touch up and the final coats of varnish. My normal routine is to do one coat of gloss and one coat of matte. So, saying that, I am right on target and have plenty of time to finish the final canvas, number 14.

Some of you know that I like to make a big deal out of transition, and this week will be no different.

I hit my 100th follower to this blog this week, and I wanted to do something special to extend my gratitude to all of you who take the time to stop by here every week.

I have decided to do a giveaway, but instead of just picking a name out of a hat for something that I have in stock, I’m going to create a canvas especially for this event. I will start with a blank, and chronicle the progress for the next 4 weeks. This will give everyone the opportunity to become somewhat involved in the whole process from A to Z. I will pick the winner on August 26. Please let me know if you would like to take part.

I would also like to extend the invitation to this giveaway to my Facebook followers as well. All I ask it that you come to my Blogger site, and leave a comment expressing your interest to be involved in the final drawing. You don’t need to become a member of Blogger, just leave an anonymous comment, and I will include you.

If anyone has any questions, just email me:

I hope everyone has had a great week. Thank you for stopping by!
