You may have seen my posts on my Facebook Page this week, but I spent most of the week in the studio working on a new wood panel. I was happy with it until I put the two shades of blue in the middle. Now it looks too busy. I will have to stare at it for a couple more days before I decide what to do with it. Any suggestions out there?
A few shots from last weekend’s trip into downtown Boston. The city was swarming with late-Summer tourists, but is was an enjoyable experience nonetheless.
Finally, my new guest post is up on the Zatista Wall Spin blog. This week, I talk about the beauty of clouds. If you aren’t familiar with the American artist John Constable, I would suggest that you take a look. He was a masterful painter who is often overlooked.
Until next Thursday’s post, I wish each and every one of you a fabulous weekend. Here in the States, the summer will be winding down soon. I am looking forward to the stillness of the autumn and winter. There are a lot of surprises on the horizon, and I will be able to report about them soon.
As always, thank you for stopping by here. I couldn’t do it without you!
