I've been away for a few weeks, but things are starting to normalize again in the studio here at briansylvesterart.com! Today was a good art day, and I had a chance to work on the 24" x 24" canvas that has been sitting on my easel for some time. All that's left is double coating some colors and the final touch up and varnishing.
I am pleased with how the canvas has turned out, and the next project will be another 24" x 24" canvas, which will be the mate to the above one.
This morning,
Miss G and I drove to Manchester, Vermont to drop off these two wood panels - Earth Echoes and Purple Majesty. They are newly framed and will be featured in the 83rd Annual Members' Exhibition at the
Southern Vermont Arts Center. The show runs from May 5 through June17, and I can't wait to see them on the wall.

Hi B- great that things have settled and that you have been able to grab art-studio time; and so good when you are still in the groove and able to produce such a good piece. And on top of that having two works going into the SVAC - congratulations. I really like the Earth Echos work. The framing makes these pieces look zoo good. Looks like I'm in good company on the t-shirt front; and thanks for the promo. Go well and create well. B
